Job Opportunity: Mobile Plant Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Operator to fill a crucial role within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating mobile plant equipment, demonstrate a keen eye for safety, and exhibit the ability to work effectively in diverse environments and conditions.

Machines and Equipment:
  • CAT/KOMATSU Mobile Plant
  • Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Loaders, Watercarts & Dump trucks
  • Other mobile plant as required.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
  1. Operate mobile plant machinery safely and efficiently.
  2. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
  3. Load, unload, and transport materials using mobile plant equipment.
  4. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established safety regulations and guidelines.
  5. Promote a positive and safe team culture.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid driver's license (highly preferred)
  • National police clearance (validity dependent on site requirements)
  • High-risk forklift license (desirable)
  • Proven experience operating mobile plant in mining, civil, or crushing environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to upholding a safe working environment
