
Client Service Support Specialist

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate staff and client schedules, manage changes, and provide general administrative support.
This role requires a highly organized and reliable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for rostering homecare and clinical visits within the community, answering and transferring phone calls, performing administrative duties, and providing reception coverage.
">About You- You must be available to work Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm in Adelaide CBD.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using computer systems are essential.
- Previous experience in rostering or administration is preferred, but not necessary.
- You must have a clear and fluent understanding of English.
- A strong organizational and time management skillset is required, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to last-minute changes.
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy are expected, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making is necessary.
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality when handling staff and client information is mandatory.
