">About the Role
">- We are seeking an experienced and reliable Strata Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of strata properties.
Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including hallways, stairways, and amenities;
- Ensuring all equipment and vehicles are in good working order;
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and management companies;
- Working independently with minimal supervision;
- Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
Requirements:
">- Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance;
- Fantastic customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively;
- Ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision;
- Current Australian Drivers Licence;
- ABN and relevant insurance;
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights (if required).
