  • Proven experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Success in ServiceNow delivery across multiple modules in large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong commercial skills – able to scope, estimate, and structure profitable deals.
  • Executive presence and engagement with C-level stakeholders.
