HSE Coordinator

About the Role:
The HSE Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Projects HSE Team, ensuring the smooth operation of projects and maintaining databases of project status. This role will involve liaising with project leaders, ensuring approvals are in place within timeframes, and using and continuing to develop reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project registers and ensure governance is maintained.
- Create online inductions in Altora, including management admin for business off-site.
- Support the creation of monthly dashboards.
- Assist with administration duties associated with claims management, including processing remittances and payroll notifications.
- Support the booking and scheduling of Occupational Health Programs.
- Run health monitoring programs, including drug and alcohol testing and first aid.
- Process purchase orders and invoices.
Requirements:
- Extensive work experience in a busy administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Knowledge or ability to learn and understand HSE management aspects associated with construction work and associated activities.
- Tertiary qualification in business, health & safety, or relevant (advantageous).
