We are seeking an experienced Senior HSE Business Partner to join our team, collaborating with our Zinfra operational teams to deliver exceptional HSE solutions in line with our strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a proactive HSE culture with accountability, ownership, awareness, and guidance.
- Coordinate and implement HSE projects and initiatives within business areas.
- Provide timely professional advice, coaching, and support on HSE policies and issues.
- Assist with interpreting and adopting HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor managers to promote a positive and resilient safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and management systems.
- Engage with the team persistently to manage safety, accepting incremental progress.
We are looking for a collaborative team player with exceptional communication and coordination skills. You will bring a strong background in HSE, preferably in utilities, services, infrastructure, or related sectors. Your ability to engage and influence key stakeholders to embed a mature safety culture will be essential.
Key qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience in large, high-risk industrial organizations.
- Proficiency in implementing risk-based HSE systems and assurance programs.
- Ability to mentor managers and empower teams.
- Tertiary or Diploma-level qualifications in Training, Health & Safety, or related fields.
- Expert knowledge of Australian HSE legislative frameworks.
