Job Overview

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled HSE Professional to join our team as an HSE Project Coordinator.

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE professional to coordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental aspects of projects from tender stage through to project completion.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing effective HSE Management Plans, reviewing tender documents, and working collaboratively with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE Management Plans for projects across various sectors.
  • Review tender documents, including HSE questionnaires, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with estimators, bid coordinators, project engineers, HSEQ advisors, and project managers to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Attend tender meetings and provide input on HSE matters.
  • Prioritize and execute multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
About You
  • You will have a tertiary qualification in Health & Safety or a related discipline and previous experience in a similar role.
  • You will be able to develop effective HSE plans, review detailed documentation, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are essential.
  • You will possess excellent verbal communication skills and be able to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • You will be able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
