As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving organisational development and workforce planning initiatives that shape a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
Job Description- Develop and implement the People and Culture Strategy to drive business outcomes and enhance employee experience.
- Lead the Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Change, and Workforce Planning functions to design and deliver impactful programs that align with organisational values and strategic goals.
This role requires a collaborative and empowering leadership style, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to ethical governance, compliance, and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strategic thinking and visioning skills to translate organisational goals into measurable outcomes.
- Extensive experience in organisational development, workforce planning, change management, and learning and development within complex environments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Psychology or Human Resources (postgraduate and change management credentials highly regarded).
