Responsibilities
- Leading workforce planning and budget management, using data and tools to guide strategic decisions
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance
- Partnering with senior leaders to identify opportunities and implement change across the organisation
- Supporting change management and training strategies to build capability and close skill gaps
- Embedding a data-led decision-making culture and applying a risk lens to all improvement activities
- Managing financial performance tracking tools and communicating strategic priorities across the business
- Overseeing the development of process mapping and cost analysis to assess project feasibility
- Acting as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Experience in workforce planning within a complex, matrixed organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in financial and data analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
- A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and team development
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable
