Responsibilities
  • Leading workforce planning and budget management, using data and tools to guide strategic decisions
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance
  • Partnering with senior leaders to identify opportunities and implement change across the organisation
  • Supporting change management and training strategies to build capability and close skill gaps
  • Embedding a data-led decision-making culture and applying a risk lens to all improvement activities
  • Managing financial performance tracking tools and communicating strategic priorities across the business
  • Overseeing the development of process mapping and cost analysis to assess project feasibility
  • Acting as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence


Qualifications
  • Experience in workforce planning within a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in financial and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
  • A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and team development
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable
