We're now looking for a Workforce Team Leader who can lead with confidence, bring people together and be a presence for our mobile workforce of 160 support workers. This role is all about connection, clarity and building a culture where our workforce feels supported and proud of the work they do.

About the role

You'll be working directly with our support workers across the South East and Mornington Peninsula, helping them feel connected to the broader team while also being someone they can turn to for support and guidance.

This is a practical hands-on leadership role where you'll build strong relationships, check in with workers regularly and help resolve any challenges that come up in the field. You'll also be working closely with our Rostering and Care Management teams to make sure support workers are set up for success in every shift.

This is a permanent full time position based at our Carrum Downs office with regular travel to visit support workers across the region.

  • Has experience supporting or leading a large remote or mobile workforce
  • Brings creative and engaging ways to build morale and team spirit
  • Is comfortable setting clear expectations and guiding others to lift their standard
  • Can navigate challenges with confidence
  • Is a strong communicator and listens with intention
  • Can stay focused in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of people
  • Enjoys being the voice of the workforce in the office and helping others grow in their role
