
Strategic Publisher Liaison Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing publisher partnerships, driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing strategies and optimizing campaigns to meet business goals. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing account support and optimization recommendations to a portfolio of publishers
- Consulting with managed publishers to design suitable strategies for increasing affiliate marketing activities and launching new optimisation campaigns
- Running reports and providing bespoke analysis to ensure visibility on campaign performance
- Presenting publishers in internal forums to educate Account Managers on new opportunities and maximize new partnership approval
- Working towards revenue targets to meet 100%+ of revenue goals for set portfolios
- Learning high-level capabilities of proprietary software and educating publishers to increase adoption
- Supporting the local team in internal and external communications regarding cross-functional initiatives & network updates
- Remaining ahead of industry trends and development by reading industry news, attending industry events and networking as an expert in discussions with publishers
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Publisher or Affiliate Marketing roles or similar account management positions.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of the value proposition and product offering
- Experience with affiliate marketing and publisher technology or tools (reporting, APIs, tracking)
- Incubate a culture of collaboration, problem-solving and teamwork
- Attention to detail and deadlines
- Advanced level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Commercial and negotiation skills
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Ability to think logically, demonstrate self-resourcefulness and pro-active development of new ideas
- Develop and maintain relationships across a broad sphere of influence, including internal stakeholders, executives and management teams, and external contacts (publishers, platform partners, sister companies etc.)
