The Opportunity

As a seasoned Planner, you'll lead and contribute to the delivery of high-impact land use planning and policy projects for private and public sector clients.

  • Lead or contribute to the preparation of strategic plans, proposals, and presentations that communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Provide expert analysis and advice informed by current government policies, regional and local priorities, market trends, and stakeholder/client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, including specialists in economics, urban design, transport, infrastructure advisory, community planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare and review reports, documents, and presentations that deliver actionable insights and solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.
About You
  • Holds tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline.
  • Ideally has minimum 5 years' experience within an Urban Planning firm-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, statutory planning, and development control procedures.
  • Proficient appreciation and understanding of impacts and issues affecting land use and development.
