Employment Law Specialist

The role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to join the team as an Employment Law Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with senior lawyers on a diverse range of employment law matters.

In this position, you will provide expert guidance to HR and in-house legal clients on day-to-day employment law issues. You will also advise on and represent clients in various employment-related claims, including unfair dismissal, adverse action, discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, and underpayment of wages.

You will have the ability to take on various tasks, including reviewing and drafting contracts, policies, and settlement deeds. Your expertise in WHS and managing incidents will be valuable assets to the team.
