About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents.

  • Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents with an individual, person-centred approach
  • Acting as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
  • Working safely to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents, following all policies and procedures
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the ageing process, particularly age-related health issues
  • Strong coaching/training skills
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
