Medical Advisor Job Description

As a Medical Advisor, you will play a key role within our International Health team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess medical claims to ensure alignment with policy guidelines.
  • Provide technical advice on coverage for pre-existing conditions and emergency treatments.
  • Liaise with medical providers to determine appropriate rates and charges for treatment.
  • Identify opportunities for cost containment and implement effective strategies.

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of competent nursing knowledge.
  • Ability to provide medical direction on cases for overseas students and visitors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
