Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control algorithms to achieve optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop control algorithms to optimize system performance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate control systems into the overall product architecture
- Conduct simulations, modeling, and testing to validate and optimize control system designs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose control system issues, providing timely solutions to maintain product functionality
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing to enhance team collaboration and innovation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in control system design and implementation
About You
- Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience with industry-leading products such as Schneider, Allen Bradley, Rockwell, Siemens, Omron, or similar control systems
- Proficiency in control theory, system modeling, and simulation tools
- Proficiency in PLC & SCADA systems, control theory, system modeling, and simulation tools
- A track record of maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing complex control systems, demonstrating your prowess in problem-solving
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
