We're seeking a highly motivated Graduate Controls, Automation and Electrical Engineer to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Wollongong. This is a fantastic opportunity to be mentored by a Senior Hatch employee in both Controls and Automation and Electrical Engineering – providing you with diverse experience and broadening your skillset.

You bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree (or working towards) in Electrical / Mechatronic / Control Systems / Power Systems Engineering with a strong academic record
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Practical thinking and problem-solving skills
- An ability to think laterally and innovatively
- Keen to travel and work in locations within Australia and Internationally
- A passion and drive to make a real difference
- Candidates with a trade background will be highly regarded
