Job Summary

The Club Millesime Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of service in the F&B area, ensuring efficient guest registration, departure, and telephone service. This role requires proactive adherence to F&B and F/O brand standards, promoting Sofitel practices and programs, and handling guest problems and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain F&B service standards and ensure efficient guest registration, departure, and telephone service.
  • Actively promote Sofitel practices and programs.
  • Handle guest problems and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proactive adherence to F&B and F/O brand standards.
  • Lead by example when attending to guest requests.
  • Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Work together with colleagues and management to meet departmental goals.
  • Embody the art of French hospitality through a 'can do' attitude.
  • Perform tasks within a timely manner.
  • Implement training programs for all employees.
  • Carry out reception, F&B, and F/O communications and concierge duties as required.
  • Implement the Accor values and customer vision.
  • Display host/hostess type qualities when taking ownership of the hotel.
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards.
  • Assist the Outlets Manager with training and development of all ambassadors.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Up to date RSA and First Aid Certificate.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in Food and Beverage/Club Lounge Supervisor/Team Leader.
  • Guest oriented.
  • Outgoing personality and service minded.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation.
