**Mental Health Support Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Recovery worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers living with mental illness.

Our purpose is to enable people to live the life they choose at home and in their community. We achieve this by providing tailored person-centered services and activities that cater to the unique needs of each customer.

This role is based in Bunbury and surrounding areas. You will work closely with customers who require support with varying levels of need. As a Mental Health Recovery worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and practical assistance to help customers achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or relevant qualifications;
  • Relevant experience in mental health community support;
  • NDIS experience;
  • A proven capacity to deal with challenging issues;
  • Genuine commitment with demonstrated skills and knowledge working with people experiencing mental illness;
