Job Overview

We are seeking an Insurance Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality service to clients and distribution partners by processing insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy updates.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Process insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy updates for a portfolio of representatives.
  2. Underwrite risks within your delegation and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
  3. Monitor the quality of submissions and manage emails, coordinate post-outs, handle incoming calls, and support debtor follow-ups.
Work Arrangements:

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Bunbury. You will spend your first six months in the office completing supervised training and earning your ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. Following this period, hybrid work arrangements will be offered, aligned with business requirements.
