We are seeking an experienced Operational Reporting Analyst to enhance operational productivity through the development and maintenance of critical analytical reports. Working closely with Operations and Senior Management, the successful candidate will contribute to decision-making and improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead detailed financial performance analysis to facilitate informed decision-making within business operations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the monthly business report.
  • Develop and drive effective and informative analysis of revenues and expenses, taking the lead in aiding managers and staff in budget adherence and variance resolution.
  • Contribute to the continual review of performance against industry best practices for innovation and technology.
  • Ensure effective communication of all results to stakeholders and timely closure of action items within agreed-upon timeframes.

The successful Operational Reporting Analyst will possess a proactive and can-do attitude, utilizing technical engineering and business skills to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information within specified timeframes. Strong analytical and communication skills are emphasized, along with a commitment to translating data into actionable insights.
