Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Crypto Recruit. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with leading global enterprises and institutions.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging opportunities to sell and oversee the implementation of our products and services. You will work closely with our development team to promote the health and strength of our network and drive network utilisation from enterprises and dapps.

We are looking for a self-sufficient individual who can creatively engage with potential customers and demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges. You will be part of a team responsible for achieving growth objectives for the company and will be given a high level of autonomy to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with leading global enterprises and institutions
  • Identify and engage opportunities to sell and oversee the implementation of products and services
  • Work closely with the development team to promote network health and drive utilisation
  • Develop a strong relationship with functional leaders to solve business challenges and drive efficiency
  • Experience selling into the enterprise C-suite and navigating sales cycles
Requirements:
  • Passion for emerging technologies
  • 2+ years of experience working with blockchain, DLT, or crypto markets
  • 5+ years of experience in a product, business development, or sales role at a technology or blockchain-based company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
