Job Title: IT Project Manager - Blockchain Expert

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional results in the Fintech sector. As a key member of our IT developer and integration team, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects within the blockchain related and payment technologies space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with AUSTRAC regulations, company policies, and best practices in project management (PMI, Prince-2, ITIL).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically within the blockchain, fintech, and payment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain and payment services, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale IT projects simultaneously.
