Join Our Packaging Systems Team

We're seeking a skilled Packaging Systems Manager to lead our team in delivering top-notch machinery-based packaging solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact.

In this role, you'll take charge of developing and implementing cost-saving strategies that drive business growth. You'll work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.   • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure compliance.
  • Lead a team of Maintenance Managers and Technicians to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and deliver customized packaging solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Prepare thorough assessments of costs and benefits to inform key project decisions.

Requirements:
