Job Title: Packaging Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Packaging Operations Specialist. This role will involve ensuring the quality and safety of our products through effective operation of technical production machinery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing or preparation, with excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to work autonomously.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Measuring and Mixing: Measure and mix correct flavouring per production run specification
  • Record Keeping: Prepare and complete accurate records
  • Machinery Operation: Operate technical production machinery
  • Quality Control: Complete all quality checks as required
  • Cleaning: Cleaning of production machinery
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience within a food manufacturing or food preparation environment
  • Mechanical Aptitude: A high mechanical aptitude
  • Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
  • Safety: Maintain and endorse safe working techniques
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with reading, comprehension and numerical skills
