Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Host to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their entire stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities, helping guests to make the most of their stay
  • Complete all department-related paperwork, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones and computers, to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues
  • Meet with guests face-to-face, generating sales appointments for our sales centers and promoting our vacation ownership products
  • Build rapport with guests, establishing common ground and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a seamless transition for guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community, highlighting the value of our vacation ownership products
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on our guests' experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, with a focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience using PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) an advantage
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
