Business Development Manager Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with Small Business customers. Your primary focus will be on Home Lending and Business Lending, helping our customers across multiple markets.

You will work closely with referral partners and Banking channels to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. This requires a strong ability to find and generate new business opportunities in the financial sector and local market.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring and retaining existing customer relationships.
  • Built rapport with Small Business owners and decision-makers.
  • Negotiating and closing deals that meet or exceed customer expectations.
