We are seeking a talented professional to join our Sales Operations team, driving business growth and success in various sectors such as Rail, ports & aviation; Roads; Defence & regional security; Water; Power, energy & resources; Health & science; and Cities & places.
Your key responsibility will be to champion the end-to-end sales process, positioning Jacobs to win world-defining projects. This involves guiding early pursuit activity, coaching technical staff for interviews and presentations, and bringing client-centric passion and diverse work-winning skills to grow our business.
You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Client Account Managers, and Operations partners to develop pursuit plans, bid strategy, message creation, proposal management, and presentation coaching. Strong relationship building and communication skills are essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A successful track record in leading and guiding pursuits, managing bids and delivering winning proposals in engineering, IT, professional services, or a business-to-business environment.
- Skills in developing pursuit plans, bid strategy, message creation, proposal management, and presentation coaching.
