Job Opportunity Overview

The Y Victoria seeks a permanent part-time Coordinator for our Before and After School Care service at Hazelwood North Primary School.

This role offers great work-life balance and benefits that improve your wellbeing and help you develop as an individual. You will oversee daily operations, manage a team of educators, and create a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups, and contract partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program;
  • Working with the Regional OSHC Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities;
  • Creating a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups, and contract partners;
  • Managing a team of educators who support you in operating a high-quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program;

To be successful, you will need to have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA and hold relevant certifications including a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate and a valid Victorian Working with Children's Check – employee check.
