Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Coordinator.

About the Role

As an Assistant Coordinator, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our program, including planning, delivery, and documentation. You will also be responsible for staff rostering and supervision, administration, and financial management tasks.

  • Develop and implement high-quality programs that promote learning and development.
  • Supervise and support staff members to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including budgeting, reporting, and data analysis.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma in Children Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place framework.
  • Experience in the education and care of children.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
