Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced marketing manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of luxury developments.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead marketing for one of Australia's most exciting mixed-use developments. You will drive end-to-end campaigns and help shape the premium brand and commercial vision across every touchpoint.

  • Lead the development and execution of project marketing strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create, implement and monitor marketing plans across digital, print and event channels.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, email campaigns, social content, presentations and sales tools.
  • Assist with high-impact launch events, VIP previews, display suite activations and stakeholder functions.
  • Manage agency relationships and media bookings to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Own and manage project marketing budgets and invoices, ensuring alignment to forecast.
  • Track performance of marketing initiatives and provide reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Sales, Development and Creative teams to ensure seamless project delivery and consistent brand messaging.
  • Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
About This Role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Public Relations.
  • Proven experience in property development marketing, including launches.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Data-literate, with an ability to analyse insights and performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker and natural problem-solver.
  • Committed to continuous learning, high performance and quality outcomes.
  • Positive, proactive team player.
