Marketing & Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Media Specialist to develop and execute marketing campaigns for luxury property listings across Australia.

This role offers an opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand, collaborating with some of Australia's top agents, representing high-end properties in Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote luxury property listings, working collaboratively with our international marketing division.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all channels, aligning content with the brand look and feel, including coordinating and creating collateral such as brochures, social media, EDMs and print ads.
  • Liaising with photographers, videographers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure assets are on-brand and on-time.
  • Cultivating relationships to maximise PR and editorial opportunities for our listings, leveraging our international team and media partnerships.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Creating marketing schedules, maintaining marketing databases, CRM tools, and content calendars.
  • Researching industry and luxury lifestyle trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate or luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Understanding in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and other marketing tools is preferred.
