We seek a talented professional to maintain and grow partnerships with luxury villa owners in Bali, driving incremental sales.
Working closely with the Commercial Sales team, this role involves negotiating new and repeat partners, maintaining rate parity, and owning pre- and post-production responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will ensure deals are commercially sound, accurate contracts are completed, and partnership success is achieved.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business and partner goals
- Maintain data quality in Luxury Escapes' CRM system, ensuring accuracy for contracting and production purposes
- Manage pre- and post-production responsibilities, including communication with internal stakeholders and partners
- Drive incremental sales through dynamic and static promotional campaigns
- Analyse campaign results, generate reports, and conduct market research
- Build relationships with hotel partners, reviewing performance and offering insights to optimise revenue
- Work with Revenue Management to drive repeat performance and maximise regional success
- Investigate uncompetitive rates and liaise with suppliers to ensure competitiveness
- Foster relationships between new and existing hotel partners, focusing on new supply
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for campaigns in designated regions
- Provide partner escalation support for connectivity issues and sales support for live campaigns
- Handle customer service escalations for travel validity and finance queries
Requirements:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proven experience in sales and partnership development
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management
