The role of a Tax Manager involves delivering high-quality taxation services to clients, overseeing day-to-day operations and collaborating with senior team members on complex tax engagements. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the leadership team to coordinate and manage the provision of taxation services for allocated corporate clients.
- Deliver a full spectrum of corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs.
- Supervise and mentor the team, fostering their career development and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Possess detailed knowledge and experience with the Australian taxation system, acquired through work in a professional services firm or a comparable industry role.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and confidence in leading direct engagements with clients on substantive tax matters.
- Hold a CA qualification or equivalent, or have completed other postgraduate studies (e.g., Tax Masters).
