Corporate Tax Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking experienced consultants to join our Corporate Tax team in Sydney. This is an exciting time to join a high-performing and growing team, delivering great opportunities for you to work across a range of corporate clients.

You will be central to helping clients understand complex tax legislation by providing advice on corporate tax matters, including M&A, consolidations, restructures, financing, and assisting them to meet their corporate tax compliance obligations.

  1. Deliver the provision of taxation services for an allocated book of corporate clients, including corporate income tax compliance, and the preparation and review of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations.
  2. Assist in the delivery of the full spectrum of corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes.
  3. Be a point of contact for our clients, collaborating with specialist teams to bring expertise to our corporate clients.
  4. Supervise junior team members, fostering their learning and contributing to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, collaboration, and celebrates successes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Australian corporate income tax experience, ideally gained in a top-tier accounting firm or corporate business environment.
  • Developing client-facing skills with the confidence to contribute to client meetings and build a network.
  • An ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct, well-informed recommendations to clients.
