Equipment Maintenance Professional

At our organization, we are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Equipment Maintenance Professional to join our team in Braeside, VIC.

The role involves performing mechanical work related to the repair, maintenance, and servicing of turf maintenance-related equipment within a nominated region as part of a wider national network.

  • Effective management of field service priorities and schedules is essential.
  • Maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing of our service fleet vehicles is crucial.
  • Variety of mechanical tasks are required for repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
  • Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information is vital.
  • Providing product service training to clients as needed is also an important aspect of the role.
  • Building and maintaining a customer base to promote the ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre is key.
  • Participating in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards is necessary.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines.
  • Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License is required.
