Investor Relations and Marketing Specialist

This role requires an individual with a strong background in accounting, fund administration, or marketing who can develop and coordinate marketing strategies to effectively engage with investors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality content for investor communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary contact for investor inquiries related to general information, statements, tax documents, payments and new investment opportunities.
  • Provide clear, professional responses and ensure investor queries are resolved in a compliant and timely manner.
  • Manage investor group administration, including memberships, gifts, event invites and ticket distribution.
  • Handle investor complaints effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high satisfaction.
  • Create and distribute monthly, quarterly and yearly updates on fund performance for investors and internal teams.
  • Develop informational materials for new funds and keep investors informed of any product developments or changes.
  • Lead the design, content creation and generation of reports, delivering clear insights and data for stakeholders.
  • Execute marketing strategies for investor engagement, including promotional activities, brand messaging and event support.
  • Produce and manage content for marketing materials, newsletters, investor updates and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, maintain brand consistency and enhance the investor experience.
  • Oversee the administration and communication of investor groups, ensuring accurate records and strong relationship management.
  • Organize investor events, roadshows and engagement activities, coordinating with internal teams to maximise outreach.
  • Foster transparent, consistent communication with investors, building trust and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • Track the performance of investor communication and engagement initiatives, gathering insights to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Utilise CRM tools, Titanium software and advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting and enhancing investor interactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, fund administration, marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Titanium software and advanced Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on content creation, report design and investor communication.
  • Ability to develop and coordinate marketing strategies and create high-quality content for investor communications.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, to align on investor relations and marketing strategies.
