
Service Excellence Coordinator

This role will be part of our Commercial Vehicle Distribution and Servicing Centre, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the success of our dealerships.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating service work schedules
- Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Ensuring customers sign repair orders to authorize repairs
- Verifying that Volvo Technicians complete repair order information to the required standard
- Completing customer invoicing, warranty invoicing, and internal invoicing
- Raising purchase orders and collaborating with subcontractors
- Liaising with customers regarding job status updates, variances to quoted pricing, and credit limits
- Presenting vehicles back to customers in satisfactory condition and explaining all repairs
You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, including Mechanics, Auto-Electricians, Trades Assistants, Apprentices, and Costing Clerks. Our team prides itself on running a high-quality, efficient operation in a supportive team environment.
We're looking for individuals who possess:
- Experience in a similar Service-focused role, preferably in the truck industry; however, related experience in administration, invoicing, warranty, or technical backgrounds is also valuable
- A strong passion for providing excellent customer service
- A solid understanding of data entry systems, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to think critically
- An HR license (or willingness to obtain one)
