About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee a large, high-profile project.

As the leader of our retail-oriented solutions, you will report directly to our Senior Partner of Professional Services.

You will be accountable for delivering program outcomes and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to achieve desired results.

  • Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Oversee multiple projects or larger programs, ensuring they meet business goals and objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to guarantee successful execution
  • Manage program resources and costs to ensure financial efficiency
  • Conduct regular status reviews with stakeholders, providing clear updates on risks, dependencies, and milestones

In addition to your extensive experience as a Project Manager, you will possess a strong understanding of retail customers and excel in independent positions within a dynamic setting.

You will have a track record of effectively managing stakeholders, showcasing your ability to set expectations and demonstrate an understanding of how to operate within a transparent environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to build strong influence across teams, empower members to share perspectives and contribute to decision-making, and model our company values in leadership practices.
