**About the role**

New opportunity for experienced Program Manager to lead a large highly visible project. In this role, you will manage the daily execution of NCR Retail-oriented solutions, reporting directly to the Senior Partner of Professional Services, and will be accountable for the program's deliverables. Collaborating closely with a leading entity in the market, you will be tasked with achieving the desired outcomes and meeting the company's established objectives.

In addition to your extensive experience as a Project Manager, you will possess a strong comprehension of retail customers and excel in independent positions within a dynamic setting. You will have a track record of effectively managing stakeholders, showcasing your ability to set expectations, and demonstrating an understanding of how to operate within a transparent environment.

**What you will be doing**

**Program Leadership**:

- Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee multiple projects or larger programs, ensuring they meet business goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to guarantee successful execution.
- Manage program budgets, including resource allocation and cost tracking, to ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct regular status reviews with stakeholders, providing clear updates on risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing for each program phase to enhance transparency and continuity.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Strategy & Operations priorities and organizational goals.
- Influence senior leadership by advocating for resources and process changes based on team insights and analysis.
- Build strong influence across teams, empowering members to share perspectives and contribute to decision-making.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and feedback to promote open communication and continuous improvement.
