About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead Product Insight & Rollout strategy across APAC markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as regional champion for digital support product insights and rollouts, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CommOps, and Regional Operations teams.
  • Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital support solutions across APAC.
  • Work on cutting-edge technologies to enhance digital support journeys, automate resolutions, and elevate customer and agent experiences.
Tech Transformation Strategies
  • Lead GenAI-powered experiences to optimize user, agent, and employee interactions with Uber's digital ecosystem.
  • Bring deep regional and persona-specific insights to influence product prioritization and feature design.
  • Lead end-to-end launch of new digital products and features across multiple personas and APAC markets.
Leadership and Collaboration Skills
  • Build strong relationships with Product, Tech, Ops, and CommOps teams to drive alignment and resolve blockers.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Rider, Eater, Courier, Merchant, and Driver personas.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, and self-service.
Key Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, product operations, consulting, or similar roles within technology-driven or service-oriented organizations.
  • Proven program management expertise with ability to manage competing priorities in parallel.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how to translate organizational needs into scalable solutions.
