About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will see you join our dynamic team as a Member Support Consultant, working closely with our members to inspire them to reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and the identification of new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create personalized member journeys through positive and engaging interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to member enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Be actively involved in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regularly conduct service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their fitness journey, recommending club-based products that will enhance their experience

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet the needs of our members
  • A gift for communication to engage with members of all backgrounds and inspire them to take action
  • Drive and a goal-focused mindset to continuously look for new ways to excel
  • A team player who can rally through challenges and celebrate personal and team success
  • A customer-focused approach to build rapport with members and help them achieve their goals

What We Offer:

  • A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000, comprising a base salary and commission, plus super
