About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant at our Chatswood Platinum club.

As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the success of Fitness First, interacting with members and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
  • A gift for communication, able to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
  • Drive and goal focus, continuously looking for new ways to excel
  • A team player, able to rally through the hard times and celebrate personal and team success
  • Customer-focused, able to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals

What We Offer:

  • A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super
