What You'll Do:
- Build strong customer relationships through onsite and remote interactions, providing technical expertise during pre-sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations, address inquiries, and articulate our value proposition.
- Partner with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities for our solutions, contribute to sales plans, and participate in proposal creation.
- Lead proof-of-concept or proof-of-value initiatives, design workshops, and offer technical guidance for RFPs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our and partner technologies.
- Contribute to the development of pre-built templates, webinars, and demonstrations.
- Participate in roadmap creation and prototyping app innovations.
- Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams to address customer feedback and drive improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage this knowledge to develop opportunity strategies.
- Represent customer needs and feedback to internal teams, contributing to account and sales planning.
- Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation.
- Share expertise through internal and external channels (webinars, workshops, blogs).
- Solve complex technical customer issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of successful customer-facing solutions architecture experience with Atlassian products implementations, cloud migrations, digital transformation, and others.
- Experience with technical pre-sales or solution consulting in the field of information technology.
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication, presentation, workshop, and storytelling skills.
- Quickstart, good time management, ability to meet deadlines, and improvise.
- Commercially astute, customer-focused, innovator mindset, independent starter.
- Ability to establish rapport with customers.
- Analytical, quick learner, able to think critically.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly (whiteboarding), adaptable, detailed, results-oriented.
- Hands-on admin level experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bit Bucket, Cloud, Crowd, Guard, Plans.
- Atlassian Certification is preferred.
- Understanding of Web application and SaaS architectures.
- Familiarity with SSO, SAML, and Active Directory or Identity Platforms (Okta, Secure Auth).
- Experience mentoring other consultants.
- Nice to have Experience coding in Java, Python, Groovy, or Shell Scripting for personal or professional projects.
- Experience writing SQL queries for advanced functions.
- Familiarity with HTTP, TCP/IP, SMTP, SSL, API, REST API.
- Understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS services (AWS, Microsoft Azure).
- Knowledge of Dev Ops processes, tools, and their intersection with the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Experience with operating systems functions and command line management.
- Working knowledge of Agile practices.
