Senior Solutions Consultant Job Description

The Senior Solutions Consultant plays a key role in helping our clients maximize their use of digital platforms.

This involves collaborating with our sales and customer success teams to ensure we provide the best technical solutions for our clients' needs, including:

  • Translating clients' email marketing requirements into technical solutions using both pre-sales and business analysis skills.
  • Building proof-of-concepts in our platform to effectively demonstrate solutions.
  • Analysing and writing client requirements for our custom technical solutions team to create functional specifications.
  • Providing new client briefings alongside project managers for client onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in a solution-selling environment, such as sales engineering or solutions architecture. They should be self-motivated, innovative, and possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The successful candidate will work closely with global clients and partners at all levels of seniority and roles, including sales, technology, marketing, development, and project management. They will also communicate confidently with individuals across our global business to gather information through verbal and written communications.
