Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Specialist to join our team. As an HSEQ Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and the community.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and auditing quality management systems against ISO 9001 and be able to drive improvements in the way of working and safety culture. They will also be responsible for investigating accidents and incidents, running injury management programs, and maintaining the Site Safety Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive improvements in the way of working and safety culture
  • Investigate accidents and incidents using ICAM investigation methodology
  • Run injury management programs and work cover investigations
  • Maintain the Site Safety Management System
  • Conduct environmental sampling and review results
  • Report on site compliance and deliver training to employees

Requirements:

  • High level of knowledge of relevant regulations and acts
  • Experience in implementing and auditing quality management systems against ISO 9001
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to constructively manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license
