**About the role**:
In this role, the successful applicant will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week on a max term contract.

**Daily requirements**:
**Time on Water**:At least 30% of your time

**Safety Systems**:Implementation, administration and maintaining of the corporate safety system ensuring site WHS compliance

**Compliance**:Facilitating WHS hazard identification, risk assessments (JSA), risk control and other safety related tasks

**Investigations**:Supporting the onsite team with the timely reporting of incidents and injuries and conducting subsequent incident investigations

**Injury Management**:Ensuring Tassal's Injury Management protocols are supported on site and vessel

**Stakeholder Support**:Support site leadership groups to achieve a physical and psychological safe work environment

**Contractor Management**:Assist with effective WHS management of contractors
