Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Field Applications Specialist. This position will be responsible for providing technical support and application expertise to customers utilizing Hamilton products.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop application-specific protocols on Hamilton products by interpreting procedures provided by the customer or sales team.
  • Troubleshoot application protocols and instrumentation.
  • Provide training and educational resources to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop complex automated instrumentation solutions.
  • Demonstrate programming skills and software functions of liquid handling equipment.
  • Participate in the development and testing of new applications and technologies.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of company knowledge base.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication and support.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development.
Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with laboratory and process control systems.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and HubSpot.
About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position that requires travel nationally and internationally.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of technical experience in the process analytics market.
  • Experience with programming languages and automated laboratory equipment is preferred.
