This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company as an experienced Electrical Engineer who is looking to take on new challenges.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To address plant and equipment breakdowns in a prompt, safe, and efficient manner.
  • To assist in establishing and maintaining an optimal level of spares.
  • To maximize line efficiencies through the establishment of an effective planned maintenance program.
  • To monitor equipment failure rate, analyze data, and drive root cause analysis & initiatives to continuously improve performance.
  • To reduce the total number of quarantine investigations due to machinery faults.
  • To minimize rework generation caused by machinery faults.
  • To lead cross-functional problem-solving & root cause analysis to enhance equipment efficiency.
  • To establish a collaborative working culture across all shifts.
  • To provide coaching to the direct electrical team to ensure they are developing and have clear career growth pathways.
Requirements:
  • Experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, high-level interpersonal skills, and sound judgment.
  • The ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and handle competing priorities.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • The capacity to influence, manage, and challenge ideas and existing business processes.
  • Experience in implementing systems and process changes.
  • Experience in managing projects.
  • Sound knowledge across the Microsoft office suite.
  • Experience in managing maintenance operations utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • A comprehensive understanding of maintenance planning, including budget control.
  • Electrical trade or engineering qualifications or equivalent professional experience in the field of engineering is essential.
