Technical Electrical Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electrical Technical Officer to join our organization and play a key role in maintaining and improving our electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant standards and regulations, including AS3000, the Qld Electrical Safety Act & Regulations, and the WH&S Act.
- Maintain resource plans to balance resources against workload and ensure works are completed within timeframes.
- Perform repairs and maintenance duties (hands-on) providing own hand tools of trade.
- Assist in developing and training electricians and apprentices.
- Prepare technical reports on operational issues recommending a course of action.
- A high level of competency in web-based systems and MS Office suite.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proactive in maintaining and developing safe work practices.
- Certificate III Engineering – Electrical / Electronic Trade.
- Current Queensland approved Electrical Mechanics Licence.
- Current Queensland C Class Drivers Licence.
- General Construction Induction White Card.
